Actually, I’d prefer both. But, if I had to pick, I’d go for rankings over revenues, assuming that greater revenues would follow. As a quick update, my Hybrid Car site is doing well. It’s pulling in respectable revenues.

However, this blog is on page 1, the site on page 3 … funny this search engine stuff. Hey, whatever works.

Well, here goes the 2nd site, how appropriate that it’s for 2nd Mortgages.

Equity or Second mortgages are essentially funds one can take out of their property based on the fact that their equity has increased above the conventional Loan To Value (LTV) ratios. Hybrid Car Options

OK, trying to catch up here … My first site out the gate is on Hybrids.

I guess, for now at least, we call them hybrids, but eventually they’ll just be called cars, as all vehicles will eventually be a hybrid of some kind.

I’m going to explain what I do and how much I’ve made with this script.

Now, I ran happar search engine v1.0 on a domain I setup, it did well especially in a short time. I essentially broke even, earned enough to cover the cost of purchase within 2 weeks. Not bad considering I didn’t really do much to promoted it, just a few quick SEO tricks to get it into the index …

In the 4th week, my site was banned from the google index and removed … that sucked.

According to the numbers, I was very prepared to build 10+ sites a day and retire in a year … [fill in generic sailing in the Caribbean story here]. Damn!

So, with this next generation, let’s hope that the Happar team has removed the black hat and exchanged it for another colour hat …
